Helpful staff during check-in made it easier.
I had a terrible experience with the bathroom. Cockroaches crawled out of the bathtub and shower, which was disgusting. The noise from parties kept me up all night, making it impossible to get any rest. Additionally, if the hotel is fully booked, parking becomes an issue as you have to leave your car far from the lobby.

The King Room was spacious and super comfy. The bed was nice, and the room service was pretty good too. Loved the medieval vibe with the dark hallways and dim lighting. It felt cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just wish there were things to walk to nearby, but Uber made it easy to get around. Overall, a great spot to chill.
